I only took off one star because I was unable to self install as their video indicated, even though I had all the tools recommended. I had to have a repair man come and take off the entire door to install it. And it took two people. "

"I recently purchased a GE refrigerator in-door light.
My intial purchase I would have sworn on the bible I clicked on the correct part when placing my order.
When the part showed up it was incorrect.
I did appreciate the Customer Service. Customer Service was helpful and enabled me to order the correct part.
Shipping: The good news there was no restocking fee. The bad is when asked about whether or not you want over night shipping or the cheaper 3 to 5 day shipping charge; I chose the 3 to 5 day shipping and in both circumstances the part showed up the next day. Thier shipping charges are high. The reason; I returned my incorrect part back through the US Mail and it cost me $5.00 . Appliance parts charges $12.95 for 3 to 5 day shipping, so they are making money on both ends. "

"I found the casters (front & rear)I needed for My Samsung refrigerator on line. When I received then just two days later, I was surprised to be getting them that soon. But, when they arrived I found myself with an installation issue. The wheels and shafts/axle were all different from the original. The rear casters barely fit into the refrigerator slot but, most importantly, the shaft's diameter was much larger than the original. Same with the front -except- this shaft was also too short. So, I called the company just to verify I ordered and received the correct part. I got a very smart, courteous, and professional on the other end of phone - a very rare experience nowadays if you ask me 5 stars to the staff). When he confirmed that I had ordered and received the correct parts I was now faced with making this work due to my time crunch. I drilled the shaft holding hole large enough to accommodate the shaft diameter and purchased appropriate length & diameter clevis pins for the front casters. My job was completed on time even with the extra effort needed. My only suggestion is that the provided a more comprehensive parts list with appropriate description on what needed to be done to accommodate the replacement part differences. "
