Replacement grease filter was flimsy & "junky". Clearly not "factory grade" quality. Item was bent right out of the mailing sleeve. Not worth $28. I would have been happier spending $35 on a quality piece.

"A little slow on delivery as it took 5 days to get a suburb of a couple of large cities. Packaging was great and the repair kit for the top dishwasher shelf was perfect. Easier than taking the old one apart. It eworks great. Taking the DW out I realized that the tension replace,emt part was not correct. I had ordered the wrong part. Good news my old spring had simply popped off and was easily replaced. Called customer service to return the item and was told the shipping was on me. Inbound shipping was a tad high for standard and was going to be even higher for the lightest part of my two piece order. There was no give on Customer service end. I settled for returning the part via USPS much less expensive. I would use this group again just more cautiously. "

"What an excellent experience. Replaced the motor in a 30 year old dryer. The website made selection of the part and ordering easy. With standard shipping it arrived the next day. The online instructional video was expansive and superb. The stumble is that I noticed the new motor was identical in all respects EXCEPT the pulley-side motor shaft did not have one sided flattened for the Allen key to engage and there was no circlip recess. Online chat response said this was a mistake so I called customer service. Jason (an excellent patient, knowledgeable and helpful man) researched the problem live with me and suggested sending a replacement motor from a different warehouse (in case the originals entire stock were faulty). Arrived the next day and was correct this time. Inserted and it now works like new again.
I am a 79 year old retired surgeon with some mechanical bent, so anyone can do the job.
Toughest part was removing the motor retaining clips with a flat-head screwdriver and loosening the pulley Allen key from the motor shaft. Both of the motors arrived without instruction sheets but these were available online."
