"Having a background in electronics (and technical support) I understand how hard it is to get the complete story from any customer that you might talk with. WELL, the individual I CHATed with was GREAT!! There were no prelims (did you try this [or that]) usually indicating a less experienced individual doing the support (following a 'scripted' determination sheet). I provided the current (and recurrent) issue and symptoms; the trouble-shooting steps accomplished; current status in the process; and asked if anything else should be attempted to isolate the fault. The ONLY question asked was can you do this functional test? When I answered that the 'processor' would not even boot to that level, then the recommendation was made to replace the controller. THAT was the right CALL!! The machine now runs and functions at factory all settings. AGAIN, GREAT SUPPORT (and products). I recommend this provider!! :{) "
