"I ordered an igniter for my LG oven. It arrived in a bubble mailer from UPS. When I opened the mailer I found that the igniter element was broken. I called customer service and told them what I found, and that the bubble mailer was not enough protection for the part. The representative said they would send a note to the warehouse/shipper to get a better package. They arranged for another igniter to be sent. When it arrived, the same thing, the igniter element was broken. Of course, it was also shipped in a bubble mailer. This time when I called, the representative asked if I wanted a refund. I said yes and I promptly sourced the igniter at another company. Someone needs to have a serious conversation with the warehouse/shipper to improve their packaging. I hope this helps correct the problem."

"Found the parts needed easily along with advice on the repair needed and process. After ordering the parts package needed received an email confirmation with an attached youtube video with step by step instructions on making the necessary repairs. The video was of a model slightly different from our Kemmore/Maytag but similar enough that the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I took it slowly and didn't mind taking longer than may have taken someone with more experience in appliance repair. The video included, again step by step, instructions on putting the machine back together. I'm extremely pleased with the entire process from ordering to hearing our dryer operate like new. This is the second time I have used Appliance Parts Pros, the other was replacing the thermostat on our old side by side refrigerator. Again the video was excellent. I highly recommend this company and their videos."
