"Having some problems with a side by side GE. Found a very plausible answer on your website, and ordered a part (of course they always break over Thanksgiving). It arrived within a few days, and I finally got enough nerve to once again pull everything out of the freezer and splice in a replacement part. I'm hoping this fixes the problem. If not, then it will be on to more research.
