"Living in a very rural area, it costs $150.00 just to get a repairman to come to my door. I am very grateful for Appliance Parts Pros for having the exact parts at excellent prices AND my helpful neighbors R. & N. The three of us put on a new Bearing & Seal and R. exchanged my ancient dead motor drive for a new one from Appliance Parts Pros. Along with your excellent parts, watching your helpful videos of Matt replacing parts was crucial to making this happen. We noticed he was left-handed and that he wore gloves. I wish we would have worn work gloves too. By the time we finished putting in the new motor R. and I were both bleeding from sharp edges in the dryer. I recommend that you put a little blurb (written or spoken) at the beginning of your videos, where slices and sharp points are likely to draw blood, saying something like "Matt wears gloves to protect his hands and keep the parts and appliances from getting bloody too! I'd also like to thank Kenneth for emailing me the instructions on the replacement of the Bearing and Seal that didn't come in the package from the manufacturer. I know I can rely upon Appliance Parts Pros to guide me and get me the right parts at the best prices. My parts, with shipping, came to under $140.00."
