"I found this site through the manufacturer of the humidifier in my house as I needed to order parts and filters for it. Of the companies recommended by the manufacturer, Appliance Factory was the only one that had good descriptions, photos, pricing of the parts I was looking for, and decent shipping (flat $6.95).
I placed the order on 01/01 for 3 filters. The next morning, I realized that I also needed a another item for the filter. I called up the customer service number and spoke to Beth. She helped me locate the second item I needed (or I thought I needed). As we weren't sure, she told me to contact the manufacturer and then call her back. I did so and added the extra item into my order along with two other parts I decided to replace. Beth added the additional items onto my original order and told me that it would probably all ship together.
She stated the order would probably be finished processing by Friday and then ship the following week. I was told I would receive a tracking number for UPS when the item ships. I haven't heard anything yet (01/08), so I'll update when I have more information.
Well, I called up yesterday afternoon (01/09) to ask about the tracking number and was told that the package should be on my doorstep. Sure enough, when I got home there it was. Everything I ordered was in new condition. The only minor issue I would have is that a couple of the items weren't in their own box in the package.
