"I ordered a drain pump for my dishwasher from applianceparts123.com on 10/18/2016.
I came to know reading the FAQ later on their site that the parts they sell are removed from dent/scratched appliances and sold even though the description of the item didn't say anything like that. That is false advertisement.
I received a tracking number for USPS which didn't work and still doesn't work after 5 days of ordering. I have no way of knowing if the item is being sent or not.
The contact numbers on their website keep ringing and no one ever picks up. I have tried at least 50 times.
The after hours support number listed goes to voicemail all the time which is full and I can't even leave a message.
I am extremely frustrated at this point and willing to place another order with a different seller so I can have my dishwasher repaired."

The part arrived via FedEx four days later. It was well packed and even included the service manual sheet. Half an hour after receiving the board, I had a working microwave again.
Obviously the true test of any online merchant is in how they resolve problems with your order, and in my case there were none. However, I would certainly not hesitate to order from them again, based on my experience."
