I need the parts not a refund but the instructions were to send back for refund then buy the right parts. "On Thursday March 9th, I ordered a cover plate for my Whirpool refrigerator and specifically paid for overnight delivery so that I could get the part before the weekend. According to your website, orders placed before 3pm ET are processed for next day delivery. I had ordered at 245pm ET. However, your order was not processed until Friday March 10th. Once I received the email on Friday to confirm the order, I called your office to cancel the expedited shipping, since you were not going to get it shipped on Saturday. It was impossible to reach anyone via phone or chat and therefore I had to wait until Monday (March 13th) despite paying extra for overnight shipping.
When I received the part, it was clearly a used part and/or poorly cared for in your storage. There were no problems with the
packaging but when I opened it, there is paint or something on the center screen as well as scratches all over the cover. I immediately emailed your company (March 13th) with pictures of the part. I am asking for a refund and nobody has gotten back to me within a week. "
