"While I was glad that they had the air conditioner parts I needed, the delivery timing was unclear. The note about availability on the parts pages: "ships within 10 days" doesn't say "out of stock." It is contradicted by the map they showed me on the shipping page, which in my case showed 4 days for delivery, and said that "in-stock" parts would be shipped the next day. I assumed the parts were "in-stock." It was not clear that the parts were all out of stock, as I have now been told after receiving a phone call.
Instead of being able to use my air conditioner this Thursday, it will be two weeks. "

"I ordered parts that were "in stock" 11 days ago. My credit card was IMMEDIATELY CHARGED. Then No reply, no email, no status, no updates and obviously no shipments. No email address to send to on the site, no chat, no answer on the 800 number or the number on my bank statement for Vulcan Ventures. Not a good experience. I can see why they don't participate in Reseller Ratings."
"Customer service at appliance-parts-warehouse.com is horrid. Advise avoiding this business at all costs! They sent me the wrong part (Incidentally, the website says "same day" shipping - It wasn't even "same week" shipping, and the part was supposedly in stock. Anyway, I contacted them about the wrong part and asked for an RMA to return it (after all, it was THEIR mistake!) They told me to merely write the order number on the box and Fedex would be OK with it. WRONG! I had to pay return shipping FOR THEIR MISTAKE! They will not answer my emails and will not reimburse me for paying the return shipping. I should have contacted my credit card company and contested the charges. Since it was not what I ordered or paid for, I shouldn't have to pay anything for it. If they want it back, then they can provide the shipping label!"
"I found the reviews on this site after I had ordered a glass top replacement for my stove. I called the number on the site and was able to talk to someone that said they were getting my part in 7-10 days and then shipping it. What concerned me was when I brought up what the website says for orders received before 4pm being shipped that day - the response was "well I have no idea what that guy puts on that website, I get the orders and send them out." Clearly the site is some sort of shady front. I got charged on my Credit card as soon as I ordered the part - not once it shipped (most places don't do that). I also tried googling around for the Venture Vulture company and wasn't finding much - as if he/they change their company filing/address on purpose and flood google searches with bad info. Anyway, bottom-line is I got the part I wanted at a price I wanted - about 4 days after I had thought I'd get it. Normally that would be good enough for 4 stars - but I don't have confidence to order from them again. Go with Applicancepartpros.com even if you have to pay a couple extra dollars."
"My Story- This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I ordered a fan from them for my oven on the 1st of July @ 11am. Never received a confirmation email or anything. On there online order form they have a spot for more details and I typed I would like more info on the return policy, never received anything. Finally on the July 18th I received an email from ****@**** saying the order # and it was sent out fed x. No date when it was sent was included. after looking up fed x tracking number I find out it was not shipped until the 15th of july. They charged me for the item on the 1st the day I ordered it. To date 7/20/11 I have sent ****@**** 2 email asking what was the problem and still no reply. BTW, the number I found on their website was a number for some girls cell phone and she told me everyone calls her # and complains. I did finally receive my fan on the 19th of July with no correspondence from the company at all! Only took 19 days to get it. Their website says all orders processed and sent out same day. MY ASS IT DOES~~~~!!!!!!! I just hope someone reads this before they order anything from this company.... In a nut shell--- THEY SUCK!"

"My Story:
Appliance Parts Warehouse is by far the worst business I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I placed my order on the 5th for a set of shelf rails (one left, one right). A week latter I received a box containing one small clip not even remotely what I had ordered. I emailed them about the error but never got a reply. Several days latter I received the left rail but not the right. I emailed them about the missing rail but again received no reply. So I called the number displayed clearly on the top of their website. Turns out that is the number for their supplier and they are in no way affiliated. The following day I received an email from nick at APW saying that UPS had already delivered both parts, I replied saying I hadn’t and he needed to contact UPS to see if their had been a mistake. Several days latter I was emailed 2 tracking numbers as “proof” they had been sent. One corresponded to the left rail and one to the wrong part in the first box. I emailed them back of the error and the still missing part. Several days later I received an email that he would send me out the missing rail. A week later I got the box containing another LEFT rail. I called his supplier again to see if it was an error on their part or APW. The guy on the phone said that APW had put to send left ones on the invoice (I never received an invoice) and this type of behavior was quite common from APW. He must of felt bad for me because he left me exchange parts with out further involvement of APW.
Summery: The service is extremely poor. Communication by email is unnecessarily slow; it’s almost as if they went out of their way to ignore me. The phone number on the site is for a different company. I will never order from them again and recommend you avoid them.
