"I originally gave this company 4 stars instead of 5 stars because their customer service is unable to solve any issue without at least a 24 to 48 hour delay while the issue is "processed" by Management. Meanwhile the customer is on the hook for the product with no idea what might happen for at least 24 to 48 hours. This is not correct. Customer service should be able to immediately resolve a problem as explained to Latoya. Plus the issue Latoya said she solved, which was a wrong delivery address was not solved correctly, leaving the wrong street name in the right town. This was a prize incentivized star rating at 4 stars, but Latoya denied me the prize saying I lied. I now have to finish solving the problem with the delivery company tha Latoya told me was changed, so who lied? I will never buy from this company again given the way that they treat their customers after purchase. Who provides an incentive for reviews, and then denies the incentive claiming false information if they don't like the review? Shame! "

"Took the day off from work for this refrigerator delivery, doorman called said that the delivery people were here and that they went out to get the refrigerator. Was excited so after 5 mins a different door man called me (there was a shift change) and said that to come downstairs because there was a dent on the refrigerator. It was a big dent on the side front it would have been visible. I declined the delivery and called customer service. They told me that they will send me a replacement but it will be in 2-3 weeks!!. this is just ridiculous. Online states that I can have the delivery in 2 days. I told the customer service rep and she said that no not in stock. I tried a similar product same answer even though online says I'll have it delivered in 2 days.
Had no choice but to now wait for this new refrigerator.
2 hours later I went downstairs and the doorman told me that the delivery people wanted to leave the refrigerator in the lobby. I said what! I paid for in apt delivery. He stated the the other doorman said that he could leave it in the lobby. That was a lie because we aren't allowed to leave appliances in the lobby. Such horrible field service. Now after hearing the story I might call can ask for a refund such skeeming going around its ridiculous "
