"I tried to purchase a VPS service for personal use and testing projects. After receiving my money they asked immediately for a copy of the front and back of my ID and credit card. This is unreasonable and I cancelled immediately. Other companies do not request this information, big privacy violation.
I used a tool that generates emails for each account I create to protect myself from spam and privacy. They immediately got the email from my Paypal order and entered it in their system, so when their site is breached or they decide to sell user data my information will be shared, awesome.
They also demanded my home address, all for a $25 VPS purchase."

"I used Apps4Rent for many years. Technical support, when I needed had been was generally good and my hosted Exchange had been pretty reliable.. For the past week, however, all their services were completely shutdown and I had no access to my hosted exchange email account. Multiple questions placed to their support chat service were ignored, as was their telephone support phone line. Their websites advertising their services remained operational (continuing to say how great and secure were their services) but they provided absolutely no information about what was going, why they were down or when thy expected to be back up. Neither have they offered any apology explanation now that they seem to be back up again. I understand that they were hit by ransomware but I found this out only through a very obscure route. I might have forgiven the loss of service due to the attack but not the lack of communication. I have now moved to another service provider."
"ALL of my client files are on their server - QuickBooks and Drake Tax Prep. I have not been able to work or access anything for 4 days. Absolutely NO communication from them until yesterday afternoon except for one chat message asking their clients to supply a backup so they could put their data on another server. That would be fine except that we pay Apps4Rent to do the daily backup that they promised!!! Finally received an email on day three letting everyone know that they should have all restored today. Sales professionals could not ship or take orders, Accountants and Bookkeepers could not process payroll, make payroll deposits, prepare tax returns, give clients updated financial information. Their servers were damaged by ransomware - we can all deal with that - it could happen to us too HOWEVER, leaving their paying customers in the dark about what is going on with their data or if it even exists now is inexcusable!!!! Almost a week so far with no income, still no access to my data.... "

"The tech support I received from both Vincent and Emma was seriously 5 Star. I have been trying to set up my 365 Microsoft Outlook for a really long time, purchased in March, every time I tried to get it up and running I gave up! Microsoft did not have a clue how to get me set up, they assumed it was my domain at GoDaddy and made everything too complicated. Finally, yesterday Emma was able to remotely access my Mac and clean up the whole mess! This morning I'm responding from my 2016 Outlook, thanks to the support of your Tech's.
