"The product has yet to be used, delivery was fine. However the quoted value was in US dollars. When the credit card was processed they used the Canadian office to transmit so we were charged an additional $40 on about a $1500 invoice. Not a great amount but was not a part of the bargain. At the moment they are saying it is not Aptika's issue but it is the credit card processors. I do not agree."
