"Found out Thursday I needed to book travel to Brazil for Sunday. A lot of documentation was required for Brazilian Visa. Representative Gessica called me within 10 minutes of my submission and laid out the requirements and process. 7 hrs later I was overnighting my package. Following morning received a call from her that all was in good order, the Visa was approved and she was mailing it back to me for delivery on Friday. Tight schedule and APVI came through.
