The problem began immediately. As soon as he received payment, I was told the unit wouldn't ship for 4 weeks. That time came and went followed by a series of lamer excuses and ridiculous lies. After a few months, I demanded my money back. Then there was a sequence of "it will ship next week". I finally filed a BBB complaint which he never responded to; now has D+ rating. Since then, he's promised to return my money a couple of times - never happened.

15 months later, he still has my money and I never received anything except lies. This is a one-man company (Robert Atlas) that is completely unethical and will likely have no qualms about 'keeping' your money. You have been warned."
