"I ordered a pool cover and strap kit. After recieving, fairly quickly, I kept the carton in the house until we installed them the first week of june. When installing we found the straps to be ROTTEN. You could hold a 2 inch piece of it and pull it apart easilly. I called three different times, but the customer service person was away from thier desk. I left a message each time I called, NO return call. Now less than 90 days in use and the cover has disentigrated. Covers usually last 2 to 3 years. I thought getting a little bit better one would last 3 to 4 years. I guess I'll go back to the $100.00 covers. This set cost me over $180.00. BIG MISTAKE. I understand why they don"t participate with this site."

I was locally quoted over $150 for a halogen spa light assembly that this company sold me for $116 including shipping. The day following the order, I was phoned to say the item was out of stock, but that they could substitute one with a longer cord for the same price. It was shipped promptly, and double-boxed. I am 100% satisfied and will look first to this company the next time I need pool equipment."
