"I ordered a gate for my pool ladder. After I was not seeing any action on my order I called the company for an update. They tell me this is an item that they no longer ship. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money (which they already charged me for). I am getting no where with my refund. I have called and spoken to people, left vm's, sent emails and still have gotten no where. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR PRODUCT OR MONEY!! "
"I ordered a Pentair Lil Rebel Pool cleaner I have this unit before and this is what I wanted. I get a BS email 5 or so days later that goes into all the detail about how they cannot get if from the supplier & that they even tried to by it from their competitors & how it is 1 a.m. when Chris is writing this e-mail and how concerned about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and that he isn’t going to blame it on the supplier like others will do and that they will substitute or upgrade me and BLAH, BLAH, BLAH just text or email them etc. I texted them etc. and they were going to change my order it has been 4 days now and that hasn’t happened yet either. WTH it is POOL SEASON now, I am not buying it for a Christmas Gift. My 1st experience will probably be my last. Buyer’s beware unless you like aggravation. "

The web site says it sells only new parts- R me anI am trying to end it back but they have not A number.
30% RESTOCKING FEE ON A USED PART. THE only reason restocking fees exist is for open packages....this was an old part shoved in a box.

"DO NOT order anything from this company. My order for a rubber band like vaccum skirt for a pool cleaner, cost of $11.99 and weighing perhaps 2-3 oz., was processed against my credit card without ever showing the shipping charges of $14.41. I immediately tried to cancel the order by phone message and e-mail as this item is available locally for between $18-21. Because this order was placed Friday afternoon they would not answer their phone or reply to e-mails to cancel the order. When I did finally reach them Monday AM the claimed to already have shipped the item via USPS (which should not cost more than 2 or 3 stamps, and would not reduce the shipping charge at all.
This is a complete RIP OFF. DO NOT place any orders with this company !!!!"

"I bought the Aurora above ground pool light from AquaSuperCenter.com (which didn't describe the diameter of the intake). It didn't fit my pool, never used the light. After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I waited 2 more weeks for them to decide I could mail it back at my shipping expense for a 2nd time, $16 each time. They inspected and approved the return, but then refunded much less than the paid amount. All in all I paid $198.00, and was refunded $113.00. I'm sure they'll sell it as new since I didn't even use it and I'm out $85. No apologies, no return email after I complained, just a much less than expected refund. There were zero reviews on their page, and never saw any on other webpages. I just think people should know what their return policies are since they don't advertise them. If you have a return, you'll lose nearly 45% of what you paid them."
