"Ordered set of black 42" bifold doors on 09-01-2010. Showed product in stock and would ship in 1 to 3 days. Had to e-mail a week later (7 days) and had to ask why product had not shipped. Got reply couple days later with excuse they were out of country, sorry. Shipped product on 09-16-2010 (2 weeks after order) and received 09-22-2010. Upon opening package saw I was shipped wrong color. Got gold instead of black. Sent e-mail and got reply that they would check with warehouse. A week later no solution. So far the customer service is poor, unlike the 5 star rating they show on web page. Would give this company 1 star out of 5. Will update if I get further response. "

"I ordered the Solar Sun Rings. After following all directions for proper use it appears that this product does not work well in windy areas. I had even agreed to try some alternate fixes if they would extend the 30 day time period and that is when I was told I could not return them at all. The 30 day "NO HASSLE" money back guarantee is a lie. They will not take this product back because it was opened and used! I read the list of non-returnable products and mine was not listed. I explained to the company that there was no way to know this product was not suitable for my use without first using it and it was not on the list of excluded products. They informed me that they have NOW made the necessary change to their return policy. They had added: "If an item has been used, in some cases the return will be denied." Still not very specific and added AFTER MY PURCHASE. Do not under any circumstances order from this company if you think there is any chance you need to make a return. Even if they allow it they will charge a 25% restocking fee but I'd rather be out part of my money instead of all. I'd say this was a rip off company and will not recommend it to any of my friends who own pools. By the way, they never included a printed invoice in my package. Fortunately I printed everything when I placed the order or I would not even have an order number for reference."

I got a confirmation shortly after the order, and then a tracking number the next day. WOW! I was amazed how fast I actually got all the information I needed. I didn't even have to get in touch with them for it.

When I saw that they had charged my credit card, I expected to see a shipping confirmation in my inbox, but instead, I received this: "Very sorry for the inconvenience but I've just been informed that the Pump/Filter combo on your order has just sold out but is expected to arrive in within 1 week. Just wanted to keep you posted on the delay."
So first they tell me it's in stock, then they say it isn't, but they went ahead and charged my credit card anyway, and they expect me to believe them when they say they will have it within 1 week? What reason do I have for believing that this has any more validity than their claim that they had it in stock?
If you want to be put through what I'm going through, by all means, give them your order!"
