"Please don't buy from this company! They ship you something totally different than what's advertised on their website. Then when you ask for a return, they charge you to return it! Now they won't return any emails after I explained to them that they sent me the wrong product. I sent pictures and showed them they sent me the wrong product and they just ignore my emails. Don't buy from this company! They have zero customer support. "
"Made an order. Recieved an order delivered notification. Item was delivered 2 days after said was delivered. Recieved all but one item in my order. Not sure if I'm going to be sent missing item or if I'm going to be credited the cost of item. Item missing was a critical part for install. Other than that, recieved items ordered. "

"Ordered two bulbs, 60 inches long. Was told it would arrive on Wednesday, showed up Friday. One bulb bad, damaged on the end. So I called Friday afternoon, at least 45 minutes before their listed closing hours, and no one picked up in any of three departments listed on their phone menus. Also - no listed email address. What company expects to compete in e-commerce with out an Email address? Does ANY other online retailer close EARLY on Friday and then don't re-open until Monday? I don't think so..."
"Sent me Pump impeller it was broken and the box it was delivered in had no damage so it was broken when they put it in box. Was told to take a picture of it and they wold send a new one out. So I unboxed it sent them the picture and then they told me they wold send a new one after they got that one back. They told me to just write refused delivery and post office would take it back to them post office would not .So had to pay nearly 10 dollars to send it back and they have yet to send new one. Or even contact me after I e mailed them multiple times about this"
