Spare parts sent quickly and with no fuss
This is how you judge a company, by there customer service!

"I ordered a bucket for my sauna but still haven't received it and it's been 7 days. I didn't get order confirmation or order updates emailed to me but they did charge my credit card.

I called them but they don't answer and I am unable to leave a message because their voicemail box is full.

I have subsequently emailed them directly because their email form didn't work on their website.

"I purchased a FAR infrared sauna from Aqualine Saunas at the beginning of October 2011. The model that I purchased was the 4-6 SaunaMed Luxury sauna as it is advertised not to give off electromagnetic waves that my wife and I are sensitive towards. The delivery time was fast considering I ordered the product on a Sunday morning. The installation was real easy, it's just a matter of clipping the sides together and connecting some pre installed wiring. The sauna works great and neither I nor my wife has suffered any ill effects due to electromagnetic waves so the sauna does what it says. We have had a Finnish wood stove sauna before but this seems to be a lot better and we find we only need a half hour session. If you are looking for any type of sauna you should check these guys out. I was very impressed with the service and goods I received."
