"I ordered a large 150lb+ item. The packaging was flawless and the delivery was very smooth. The delivery company called me a day before delivery to let me know it was arriving. It took about 2 weeks to arrive which seems pretty good for the quality of care that was taken to ensure that it arrived safely. I appreciated the option to have a lift gate on the truck.

My only complaint would be that the tank does not come with a cap for the top of the tank. It is required for it to operate so why not provide it? It would have been nice to at least have the option to include it, I would have bought it. "

"My order never shipped due to Aqua Sciences fraud department. They said they called and E-mailed me and after not getting a hold of me they canceled my order. They did call, my phone doesn't put threw calls unless they are in my contacts. They did Not E-mail me as they said (yes I do check my spam folder). This isn't the first time I've had trouble getting an order shipped from them. I will not order from Aqua Science again."

"Missing part for my order. I put in a ticket on 8/28. I got an automated email saying "This is an automated response confirming the receipt of your ticket. One of our agents will get back to you as soon as possible." Nobody has not gotten back to me. I had to get a replacement piece from a hardware store. Cost $8.77. Not too bad... but an hour of my time, gas and wear and tear on my old gas guzzler Silverado. All in all it cost me WAAAY more for a brass installation Tee package than I could get it anywhere else. I will not be doing business with this company ever again."
