Order was processed exactly how and in the time frame I was told it would be. Received the order, again, in the time frame I was promised and in great packaging. Had to call company during installation with more questions. The very personable young lady I spoke with once again immediately connected me with a person who could help and was willing to help. Softener system is installed and working great. Dealing with this company has been refreshing, especially when it seems like 80-90% of businesses couldn't care less how they treat a customer before or after the sale."
