"I ordered on a Friday evening and the package was shipped on Monday or Tuesday. It shipped FedEx ground and everything was great until the packages came busted up. One box was missing. Filed a report with FedEx. Aqua science called me back said they new about the package and that they would replace it and now I'm still waiting. I've tried several times to reach Aqua science and no one returns my calls or emails. So it's a little early to talk about the product so far I haven't got it."
