"Called three times and left a voice mail for the "Internet Sales", I just wanted to confirm I was ordering the correct size for my home, as of this review no one has returned my voice mail.

I also have three outstanding tickets in their help center the most recent contact was over 120 days ago, another contact is about 130 days ago and the first is over 200 days old. This is contrary to what other reviews have said. Maybe because I live in Florida and they are based in Rhode Island.

After much research on my own, ended up ordering the product that I believe will suffice my needs.

It would have been nice if one of my 3 calls would have been returned, but as of this review, over 30 days since the first call they have yet to call me.

On the plus side, the order was filled quickly and I love the tracking provided by the website. Prices are the best I could find and the products are top of the line. "
