"Presales support was nonexistent. I emailed them before my order, trying to get advice for appropriate units, based upon my water test, and I never received a return email. After comparing prices, and researching on my own what I should need, I decided to place an order with them anyway. The order arrived fairly quickly, but dealing with FedEx Freight was more trouble than I expected. Be sure to ask about why you might need a lift gate, if you don't know.
After I received my order, it turned on one of the parts was missing. I could not get them to answer/return my phone calls. I did manage to get an email returning my phone call, but it took several days to ship out the missing part. They tried to make it up to me by shipping it overnight on a Friday, but it was not delivered on Saturday as I had hoped/been told. It was delivered the following Monday after I wanted to work on installing my water softener and ph neutralizer on the weekend. Overall, I'd order from them again, but they've got to work on communication with the customer. They told me they are going through some growing pains, but it's painful on the customer."
