"The first call for information was answered quickly and gave a good level of confidence. AquaScience was picked over others based on the positive reviews. Since this was a tandem tank installation, there were additional questions putting together the items for the order. Those questions were also well answered. The on-line order was completed and based on the note on the shipping page, it was interpreted someone should be there to inspect and sign for delivery. Upon receipt of the order confirmation, a message was sent asking for a Friday delivery. Staff replied that arrangements are in place. The following day received a shipping alert of a Thursday delivery. Another message was sent saying this day was okay provided no one is required to be home. No communication was made, but saw cancellations and delivery changes for the order. Delivery was on the day requested on Friday and upon inventory of the order [no packing slip with boxes] it was obvious there were two items in error and one of the two tanks was missing. Immediately messaged them in the hour of delivery with the discrepancy asking them to call with next steps. Gave staff till the afternoon on Monday to reply, with nothing at all called and spoke to my first contact about the issue. He thought the owner of the order had it and was doing his other work. We talked and he was promptly to hit the warehouse to see why the mix-up on the order. Before the close of business I did get a shipping alert and in a couple days the correct material arrived.

I would have expected more personal interactions, a packing slip with each order and it right the first time based on the companies reviews.
