"I ordered Dynaflo filters online on 9/6/2006 and received email confirmation for my order, totaling $22.71. When the order had still not arrived after 30 days, I followed the procedure outlined on the Aquatic-Superstore website for order inquiries, which was an automated form on the webpage keyed to the order confirmation number. After hearing nothing, I sent another more urgent inquiry a week later. Nothing. I sent a FLAMING inquiry (Aquatic-Superstore do not provide a way to email them directly) - again, nothing. I finally found a phone number on the site to call for support (not toll-free!) and called it, only to get a message to call between certain hours GMT. So, I figured out what those hours translated to in my time zone and called back - still got their answering machine message, so left a voicemail with my contact numbers and order confirmation number, requesting a return call. Never heard back. The one thing this web retailer did seem to do with great efficiency was to extract the cash from my credit card. Unfortunately, given that the amount was under $50, I cannot dispute the transaction through my credit card merchant. So, having exhausted all other options, I will post a warning to anyone savvy enough to research this retailer, that this is not a reputable online seller, and to consider dealings with them to be of high risk.
