"I ordered a Transfer Belt Unit for my Konica bizhub C360 from ARC and I had NO CLUE what I was doing to install it. I called ARC to see if they could send me step by step instructions so I could install this item myself. They DID advise me that a professional should be installing this, but at the time I just didnt have the money to have someone professional to do this. They didnt only just send me the instructions, they had their technician Adam call me and spend maybe 1.5 (?) hours on the phone with me to walk me through the whole process and set everything up like a professional did it for me. We even lost cell service 2 times and we were right back in touch within minutes. They didnt have to do that for me. they could have just sold me the item and said GOOD LUCK, but they didnt! They went ABOVE and BEYOND what they had do to make sure everything was installed correctly! SUPER A+++++ SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE!!! "
