"My Konica Minolta MagiColor 7300 is 13 years old. It no longer works with the Mac because they stopped updating the driver, but after all these years this printer is still delivering PERFECT printouts - beautiful color, no streaks or leaks, rare paper jams. It's just an exceptional machine. But when the lock lever broke, the local company that sold me this printer in 2004 told me that part was no longer available and that I would have to trash the printer, and that they would pick it up and e-waste it for $180. The service call to find the problem was $120! I searched the internet not even knowing the name of the part and found it at ARC, ordered it and got my MagiColor working again. Now I get everything for the printer from ARC. "
