"I’ve had a really bad experience with arcadeshock so far. I placed my order three weeks ago, still haven’t received it, reached out to them inquiring about my shipment and there’s nothing they could do to help. They never thanked me for placing my order, never said sorry for the late shipment, i called USPS to inquire about this shipment and turns out that the sender needed to call them to resolve this issue. I’ve sent another email to AS 3 days ago and never received a message back. I hate being ignored and they don’t answer their phone either.

"Bought a Sana’a stick and a 24mm Sana’a button to mod my stick, they claimed they had ship the product the day after the order. However, after 6 days since order USPS still shows “Awaiting for items” which still is waiting for the item from the seller. It seems like error like these often happens to customers from AS, it ruins the total shipping experience that I don’t even know my products are correctly processed or not and I am force to wait without knowing when does the items are going to arrive (if they even arrive in the first plays, other people seems to be waited weeks just to get heir stuffs). I would say AS is too inconsistent with their service, many other arcade part resellers are far more consistence on service and responds quickly to help you. Hopefully they will respond to my email to address the problem on my order, it is still a solid part retailer but it feels like it requires luck to buy stuff from them."
"Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
I was gifted a Pandora's Box and wanted to update the parts and install new pcbs so I can use it as two separate arcade sticks on PC. I saw that Arcadeshock had a sale on Sanwa buttons and free shipping after a certain amount spent. I bought 12 sanwa buttons, a jlf (I had a spare JLF already installed into the pandora P1 side), and two balltops for my jlfs. I've been using other shops but I saw I'd save around $5 or so through Arcadeshock I decided to try it out.
I got my package and was disappointed when I opened and saw that each button was in its own little sandwhich bag type packaging, as well as the JLF. The JLF was in a plastic bag, loose in a box full of plastic buttons and parts. They packed a metal arcade stick, with an exposed screw, essentially loose in a box full of plastic parts. Naturally, one of my balltops received a really nasty ding.
I emailed them about this ding to see what we could do to resolve this issue. I was not looking for free stuff, just maybe some sort of resolution. Instead, they asked for images and then went on to tell me balltops all have that mark. It was a very condescending sort of response meant to brush me off as someone who doesn't have much information on arcade sticks.
I've been modding arcade sticks for 10+ years. I've seen well over 20 balltops, and none of them have had a ding so clearly caused by poor packaging. Yeah I saved about $5, but I'm going to have to buy a new balltop so really I don't feel like I saved any money at all. Never buying from them and strongly suggest you don't either. There will be a good chance your items arrive damaged it seems. "

They provide first class service, great products (that are often exclusively distributed through them from Japanese partners).
I even buy my awesome Street Fighter hoodies through them.
Like any retailer, sometimes something turns up damaged, I live in the UK, it's a long way for a package to travel..
Whenever I've had to deal with support, I've NEVER had a problem.
They're first class and I have no intention of buying my arcade parts, merchandise and sticks from anyone else."

I ordered a new CPS-2 ?A? Board (http://www.arcadeshock.com/items/capcom-cps2-kits/cps-2-a-board-a-s-special-cps2aspecial-detail.htm) at their online store! After a big delay in shipping the item out, I received a used board from them. The ventilation was covered with brown dust and the Jamma pins has a lot of scratches. They also stated in their item description that they send out the borad in a nice custom box. But my board came only in a dirty and used fedex box... so that's what they call custom box? After I complained, they mailed me childish threats like: "... you won't be allowed to shop with us anymore..." or " Thank you for not shopping with us in the future. We don't need your business." Trust me, I won't shop with them again after that! Fact is they sell used stuff for new! So BEWARE!!! After I opened a dispute at paypal they continued mailing me threats and said they are going put in a fraudulent claim on me at paypal since I requested also a refund for shipping costs. Yes I claimed them back because why should I pay on top the costs for shipping the item back and lose 2 times money for shipping? This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had with an established online-shop. I recomend to avoid them!"
"This guy is a liar and a scammer. Claims to have free shipping on his site yet when you go to check out he charges 5 dollars for 'handling'. Claimed to have shipped the item and when I contacted FedEx they tell me it was only a shipping label he created online. They tell me they never received the package. When I tell him to stop the 'bullshitting' he says he has recalled my package and my order is now canceled. When in fact FedEx had never received anything.
Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.
