"I had a hard time finding the shipping cost. I had to add it to my cart (which I don't like doing) just to find out the shipping cost. I waited 20 mins on a chat and they never responded. Something should say "cost of shipping is not free". But to have to put some info in to see the shipping cost was an inconvenience.
I never received notice it had actually arrive. I just received this email saying please rate our service. I thought I would have received something saying your package has arrived, please complete this survey. "Product was exact size I ordered. All parts needed to install were included. Quality was there. Some say the product is thin and yes it is but wasn't a problem. Strong winds came through a few days after mounting and shutter is still in place. I have ordered shutters from Amazon and they came 3" shorter than I wanted. Was very happy with this product."
