"Placed and order for brackets for a granite countertop per my builders request. Sent specifications to builder. He informed me that the brackets were too thin (1/4 inch) but might work. He wanted to check with the countertop company to confirm. I immediately reached out to AD (within an hour of placing the order). Spoke with Andrea. She told me I had 48 hours to cancel the order with no problems. Builder confirmed these would not work the next morning. I called AD within 24 hours of placing order. Spoke to Andy. He told me the order had shipped within 4 hours of me placing the order. Ok. No problem. I will return it when I get it and eat the shipping. Andy told me that I could not return them because anything other than black was "custom". How do you ship a "custom" part in 4 hours? There is no mention on the product page of anything other than black being custom and therefore, nonrefundable. Also, why did Andrea not mention this to me when I called the first time. Andrea called me to offer a discount on a new order. Nope - can't do business with a company that deceives it customers through omission."
