I've waited a year(!) for him to produce my dream system, but stupidly waited because he had a constant stream of excuses: divorce, head injury (no kidding), the war in Iraq recalling his staff to duty (I'm not making this up), etc. He's obviously had some real problems, but that doesn't make up for broken promises and stolen pre-payments. "I won an item on eBay and when I tried to pay for it with my PayPal account PayPal said they could not process the payment to Arena Computers. I called the phone number listed on my notification and the number has been "disconnected or is out of service". I can't say if these guys were good or bad, but I think they're gone."

"I originally found this company through reseller ratings and ordered from them a pre-modded case. To begin with the case I wanted was blue, they explicitly stated in the description that the case can be either blue or beige yet when ordering there was no option to choose this. The site claims that the case will be built and shipping in around 5-10 days. I ordered my case on the 2nd and it was shipped on the 24th. I emailed Shawn, the guy that builds the cases, to ask when it would be shipped. First I was told the 10th, then the 16th. Finally I was told on a Friday that the case had shipped already, yet I had no tracking number and conviently they dont work on weekends. Come Monday, the one before Christmas, I called them up and asked why my case was not shipped. I didnt actually talk to Shawn but the lady who answers the phones did and gave me this excuse: "He had your order confused with another one. We never promised that it would be shipped before Christmas anyway." First of all, how do you confuse an order whenever, in every email I sent, the invoice number was in the message. Second, nobody ever mentioned anything about extended build times due to the Holidays. Finally the case got here and it is certainly a good product. One thing that was wrong with the case was that one of the legs was broken off so I had to get a screw and fix it. Second thing I dont like is that there is nothing like an instruction manual or anything whatsoever. At least include a list of parts so that one can know if he/she is missing something. Overall this was a bad experience, but a good product."
