"Great price and fast delivery. No issues"
"Had not heard of Arms Unlimited until I started searching for a Beretta A300 Ultima Patrol. Very few companies had one. Arms Unlimited not only had them in stock but had the best price in the country. I placed an order April 30th and my shotgun was in the hands of UPS the next day May 1st. I will check with Arms Unlimited first the next time I am shopping for firearms or accessories. The only negative is they list a phone number but NEVER answer and don't accept messages. They should really eliminate the phone number from their website and only use their ****@**** address."

"Mike the owner of Arms unlimited is a liar and a scam artist. They sent me a damaged/defective gun and told me they would help me replace the damaged parts and accept the FFL transfer. When I asked for some help they told me im on my own and if I return it then they will charge me a restocking fee (never mentioned on website), they knew once I accepted the transfer, there is nothing I can do. Mike was extremely rude, hung up on me, lied to me about helping out, arms unlimited is a scam site, they sell used guns as new. I was a repeat customer, but they do not care about that."
"Ordered off the website a $1400 item. My order was cancelled after receiving the email confirming the order. No communication to me about the cancelled order. My calls/emails to find out why are not being answered.
Sketchy to say the least."
"worst buying experience. Paid for the gun after company sent an email saying it was in stock. after I paid for it they sent another email with a tracking number. I waited for three weeks, after not recieving my gun, i contacted them and they told me that the gun was not in stock. they told me i could wait until they get more or they could refund my money. i sent an email and told them if it is going to take longer than a week , please just refund my money, but on the same day they an advertisement stating that this gun was in stock. looks to me that they dont have the guns in stock but use customers money for their business, but when we ask for our gun they just refund it"
"Prices are competitive. Fast shipping. Products always comes as described. I am a repeat customer and will continue to be. Thank you!"
"There was a little hiccup with the ordering process, but they responded quickly to my email and I had my item to my door within three days from ordering. Not going to lie, I ordered before I read their overwhelmingly negative reviews and I was worried I'd have a bad experience too, but I couldn't have asked for more. Hopefully they've changed things around and they'll become a reputable company."
"Worse experience buying online!
Poor customer service and took almost a whole month to ship out after paying shipping. On site shows 48 hour processing but they take a long time to figure out show to ship something out. When I finally received product it was shipped in a bubble wrap envelope! Poor process, poor packaging, poor customer service! Beware ordering through this company!"
"I ordered 2 items from armsunlimited.com located in Henderson, NV. After receiving an email from them saying it was shipped on 2-13-2022, the tracking numbers have never updated as of today 2-23-2022. The USPS website says both have shipping label created but not received by USPS. I emailed sales department and received a reply from Agnes saying, the Post Office takes a couple of days to update after receiving the item. I emailed back and said it had already been 7 days since the “shipping” day. No response to that email. That was 3 days ago. Today, 2-23-2022, I tried calling the company’s phone number listed on the website and a recording said it was out of service. What? I then emailed sales a third time saying I wanted confirmation that it had been shipped or I was going to dispute the charges with my CC company. I also said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. After looking on the BBB’s website, I saw there were over 40 complaints for shipping issues and refunds for non-receipt of items. I also called the 866 number that was listed as their company’s other contact point and it was a phony number that went to a promotional scam. As I was writing my complaint on the BBB website I received a phone call from the number that was “out of service”. I was told by someone named Sarah that she had seen my email and personally checked with the warehouse to ensure my order had been shipped. When I asked her about the phone number, she laughed it off saying they were having “problems” with there phone system. She then gave me the same tracking info I already had and said it was the post office’s fault not armsunilimited.com. I told her that if the USPS had gotten the package they would have updated it in the last 10 days. I informed her I would give the tracking number until midnight tonight to update. If it did not, then I was going to dispute the charges. Sarah then tells me if the items show up and I refuse delivery they would charge me a 15% restocking fee. I haven’t even received the items yet, they aren’t in the tracking system and she’s already talking about an outlandish restocking fee of something that doesn’t exist. I have ordered from this company before in December of 2021 and didn’t have any problems. Now Agnes and Sarah claimed they were short handed due to the corona virus. How is that even relevant to the conversation? Now not 30 minutes ago I received an advertisement email from them for one of the exact items I ordered for 30 dollars less and it’s in stock ready to ship. You can’t make this stuff up. I will never do business with this customer service last company again and word of mouth or internet is where you get new customers. If you are thinking of buying from this company, check out the BBB’s website. By the way, they are not a BBB accredited company. I wish I had done my due diligence before doing business with this company."
"Sent the wrong color item, weren’t apologetic, and didn’t have the correct item to exchange. They agreed to refund but with me paying for return shipping and their 15% restocking fee. Don’t waste your time trying to make them understand something as simple as how them sending the wrong color item is an issue and they should resolve it, they don’t care and the person I emailed couldn’t wrap their brain around that. "
"Return customer, have used Arms Unlimited several times and never been disappointed."
"Fast to answer questions I emailed about the gun I had purchased. Fast shipping!
Great customer experience! I would buy from them again!!!"
"Purchased a part for a customers build and paid extra for expedited shipping to get the customer taken care. Shipping label was created the day after the order. According to AU Inc, the package didn't leave the facility for 4 more days. Once the package arrived 10 DAYS after the order was placed, I was surprised to see a First Class label on the package. Charged me an upgraded delivery option fee, sat on the product for 5 days from order and then sent First Class. Very unprofessional."
"Stay away! No phone or email support"
