Let me say that I have done business with them before, but after my last experience, never again.

I purchased two PD, trade in, Tasers. Their Website said fully functional but aesthetically flawed. I understand that they are used, but what they sent was basically two paper weights. One had no way to put it on safe and the other had unreliable discharge. Mind you these are for protection and need to function. I emailed them for an exchange but they said it was an aesthetic issue. So I called, their customer service rep who said that they only handle issues through email, and if that was their answer, she could not help me. I asked for anyone I could speak with and she basically said tough kept telling me that they only handle issues through email. I understand doing business and selling used items, but to sell junk and represent it as functional personal safety item just because a light turns on, is scandalous. Do your own research, I’m not the only one scammed. So once again. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. "
