"Ordered 8 hard drives for resell. Advertised as Maxtor DiamondMax drives. When I got the drives, they were generic white label drives with NO WARRANTY. Tried to call ArsenalPC, left 5 messages on 5 different days. Finally telling them I was sending their drives back and was reversing the credit card charges. I also told them what they might do with the drives when they got them back. Rediculous vendor. Do not buy from this vendor. I am going to call the Better Business Bureau about these crooks. Basically a fradulent company. I wish I would have looked here before I ordered from them."

"Bad communication. Got a payment accepted message via e-mail, then a week later got a "payment refunded" message from PayPal. Apparently they just canceled my order. When I contacted them I got an e-mail saying they were unable to fulfill my order--no explanation! I wasted a week of time waiting on that motherboard only to find out they had canceled it without telling me. They've got to work on communication and customer satisfaction. That's the last time I'll deal with this company!"

"Not only did I not get an invoice number, but I also never received an update from them letting me know my bank account was charged. (I had to use my Internet banking to keep track. With out this I would have thought I was being taken!) Very poor communications between the seller and buyer."

"I ordered a GF4 Ti4600 from this company and when I got it, the card didn't work (ghost images, etc.). The card appeared to be refurbished. I contacted the company several times and when I finally did get a response, I had to jump through hoops to get the card back. I was told that I couldn't get a replacement sent out until AFTER they had gotten the bad card back (a complete turn around time of 2-3 weeks) which was terrible since this was a b-day present."

"Ordered a motherboard CPU combo with fan and heatsink. Fan w/ Heatsink didn't even fit on the CPU. Motherboard was used and most likely refurbished. Mounting hole flanges were marred, mouse port was also damaged as if someone tried to force the wrong type of connector into it, and some of the circuitry was resoldered (obviously by hand) on the back of the moherboard. Don't order from this company."

"like the other person said, it was really hard to contact them. I placed an order for 2 identical mobos on Jan 23 and received it Feb 3.

I called them 3times to check my order status. Everytime I called them they gave me different story about shipping status.

Finally, they sent me 2 mobos, which are totally different from what I ordered.

I did not complain because those mobos they sent had a bit higher spec."

you can call them and if you can get through you have to wait at least 45 mins to talk to somebody."

"They got the package out quick but when trying to return a product it is vary difficult having to fax a form to get the RMA then have to wait for them to e-mail you. Another thing is they charge you a minimum of 20% most places have only 15%."
