"I've purchased a couple of pieces on Art.com in the past and have always been happy with the service. However, recently I ordered a large framed poster and was told it would arrive October 25th (which was about 2 weeks from the order date). Then I got a "your art has been delayed" message and had to call to find out a new delivery date. They said October 31st. Then I got another "delay" message and had to call for an update, which was pushed back to November 7th. Nobody at Art.com was able to tell me the reason for the delay (Sourcing the original art? Its large size causing problems? Lack of stock in the frame we chose?) so I couldn't reasonably infer whether we would be waiting indefinitely or whether the latest delivery date could be trusted enough to ask a neighbor to accept the delivery for us, and since we were leaving the country for several months on 11/4, I was forced to cancel the order. Very disappointing."

"The framed print I ordered came in as advertised but the glare on the glass greatly distracts from the enjoyment of the print. A non-glare alternative should be offered. While I know that this would increase the price it certainly would be worth the extra money, at least for some of us."

"The print I ordered was called "The Wine King", and although I loved the print, after 3 tries, I ended up not being to use any of them, as each one was defective. Each print had several white spots on a black background, and a red pattern bled thru the black that also shouldn't have been there. I will say that the return process was very easy. All I had to do was take photos and email them. But I would have preferred to have been able to hang the print as it was really cool."
