Art.com did honor their return policy, giving me a full refund on the $450 order. Getting that refund took 4 attempts to contact them, because they kept saying they had not received the photo documentation of the problems with my order. The customer service representatives were all quite pleasant, but I have no idea what was wrong with the email server that they kept losing multiple emails. I sent the emails to the correct address."
