As she reentered my order with the correct prices two items disappeared from my order sheet right in front of our eyes! Ridiculous! She said they were gone couldn't be helped. But funny thing, a little while later I received the same email from you again! And there were those missing items! Wonder what happened? And your shipping charges outrageous! But I made excellent choices! Fabulous purchase!"
"I ordered four pieces. One showed up on time, as expected per Art.com's provided delivery date. Of the three others, one was two plus weeks late, one was completely lost in delivery, and after more than a month and a few phone calls to support, I still don't have the fourth or even know when it will be delivered (and I noticed they are still promoting the piece as available in their most recent flyer). I was promised an update yesterday on the delivery status, but that never came.
When the pieces do come, I've always been pleased, but having to deal with ongoing delivery issues on 3/4 of my order has soured me on making future purchases."

Out of the last 6 products I ordered, 4 needed to be replaced because of poor quality: frames scratched, mitered corners off, chipped corners, etc. I have strong reservations about their "rigorous" quality control inspections."
