"The picture I ordered was a copy of a famous piece of art I'd seen recently in the Albertina Museum in Vienna. I have seen other copies of this artwork and they have all looked pretty decent. This one, however, was terrible. The color, the background, and the overall look of the piece in no way resembled the original. I was able to use the frame and replace the print with a much more acceptable one from another resource. Calling this company Art.com really misrepresents their product. It's a long way from art. "

"One of the prints has little detail. Probably printed from a low resolution photo. Not easy to return so I just kept it. It shouldn't be sold as a large format. Ordering was a total pain because they kept changing my address to something completely inaccurate. Customer service reps were nice enough but it took me three attempts to final ensure the prints were going to be mailed to the right address.
The deal breaker for me is the poor quality of the large print. Quality control at Art.com should have prevented this. I won't order from Art.com again because I can't trust the company to send me quality prints. "

"My print and framing were done very well. The "glass" part of the art work was more of a soft plastic and had a lot of reflection. When I had the smaller size done it was a very good quality hard plexiglass. Other than that it is very good quality for the price."
