"Their customer service is excellent. Quick and easy. The quality, especially the color values, of their prints can be less than excellent. I've ordered two different subject matter prints from them, they were both very orange. They refunded the cost, no problem, but I then had to have the prints scanned and substantially color corrected before transferring them to canvas giclees."
"The photos and frames are very nice, but their frames are pretty expensive. I had issues with 1) What they call 2-Day Delivery and what I call it. They did reimburse me the difference when I changed to "Standard Delivery" after waiting 2 weeks for "2-day delivery." To them, the 2 days begins AFTER the order has processed--NOT 2 days after order, ala Amazon standards. 2) The customer service rep I eventually reached was very good at accommodating the above problem BUT 3) The Chat person was positively rude and totally unaccommodating to the point that I had to get out of the chat and contact Customer Service to resolve my delivery charge issue; she was very nice and courteous.
Bottom line: The photos and frames are very attractive. Next time I'll just skip their 2-day delivery. "
"Ordered a framed print that I returned due to the poor workmanship of the frame and the 20+ fingerprints visible on the inside of the glass. These are exactly the same problems I had before with Art.com with the exact same print and frame approximately 3 years ago. It took 3 e-mails to finally get someone to respond from their customer service department. Returning the print cost me $28.45, which I was never reimbursed. I thought I'd give Art.com a second chance, but they have not improved, so there will never be a third chance. "
