"I ordered a picture of Capitola and had it framed. When I received the art, it was mounted upside down in the frame. The mounting wire was on the bottom of the picture vs top. I had to tear off the paper backing, remove it from the frame and fix it in order to hang on the wall. I did not want to go through the hassle of returning it. Probably wont shop here again. That was a simple quality issue that was not caught in my opinion."

"Something changed from early 2016 to April 2017. They used to send out quality art & framework. Last piece of "art" I received was cropped horribly and the "premium gicle print" quality equally as horrible. Would love to send it back but it's on the customer's dime and I already shelled out enough to have art.com send it to me. I'll be hanging this $160 piece in the broom closet.
