"It took a long time to receive one of the pieces. It was about 2 weeks longer than the other items purchased. When we got it, it wasn't like the picture. There are 3 pieces that show the bridge but when I got it only 2 pieces had the bridge in it. Very disappointing as I had to call customer service several times. It held up our project. The art work seemed a lot smaller than expected, as well. "

"Beyond mad and upset with a map I ordered that was supposed to be a present. It got to my house and I couldn't believe it! $20 for a tiny map that looks like it was printed on a regular paper from a computer at home. Looks I could've printed it myself for free! "I ordered a fairly large framed print with glass. When it arrived there was some kind of damage to the print under the glass. I thought the return of something like that was going to be a huge,expensive pain. But I sent them a photo of the damage and within days they had sent me a replacement of the entire order, print frame and all and told me I could keep the damaged one. No muss and no fuss. Really stellar customer service!"
