Prices changed while I was shopping

"The art itself is awesome, but what's causing the low star (which probably should be lower) is that the prices changed from when I added an item to the chart and check out (which was like 10-15 minutes, mid-day). I contacted Art.com and they told me that this happens due to demand (sure, seeing that my shopping was rather unique, I don't see how that makes sense..). "

"UPS charges on the return of the item that I purchased was nearly 50% of the cost of the item. I will NEVER do business with Art.com again. If this company wants to stay viable, there needs to be a more reasonable and affordable method of doing returns."

Mistakes on website, really slow response

"We ordered a print for a client which, according to the website, had an image size of 19 x 19. What we received was 22 x 22. It took 2 weeks and numerous emails with Art.com for us to get an answer for our client that the print was not available in 19 x 19. Now the client doesn't want it and the job is 2 weeks behind.
