"Though my order & payment were accepted, I was notified 2 weeks later that the item was out of stock (though it was still available on the website). It took 20 emails to get an explanation from them (they couldn't ship it to my location). OK, but then why did they accept the order in the first place - the address was specified.
Plus it's been 34 days, and I have yet to hear back from them or to receive any refund. Incredibly unprofessional.

Online Wall's reply below is absolutely NOT TRUE. I WAS charged for the order, and it took over 6 weeks and countless emails from my part (as they ignored my questions for over a month) to get my money back.

I see you have removed your previous, derogatory comments, and now are accusing me of fraud.
Your claim that I commited fraud is ridiculous: I ordered through your website and did state my address, and you accepted my order & charged me for it.
It took you 2 weeks to send me an email saying my order was “out of print” on 29/12/2009 – no mention of the actual reason. I sent countless emails to understand why then it was still on sales on your website, and when I would get my money back.
It’s only after the bad reviews I posted, that I received an email on 28/1/2010 (over 6 weeks after my original order) with the following information:

Invoice Number : AF20094235
Description : We apoligize this item could not be shipped to france
