"I received two of the same vase for my wedding, even though I registered for 1 vase and 1 bowl. I requested a simple exchange of one vase for the bowl of almost the same price ($1 less, in fact!), and I thought the situation would be easily rectifiable.

However, they responded that I would need to pay for the cost of shipping to return one vase, plus another $24.97 to ship the bowl. These items each cost less than $100.00, so paying an additional $50.00 is over half the price of buying a new item!!!!

I might understand paying shipping one way, but certainly not both, to have something worth less than my original item! Their response shows a lack of professionalism and customer service capability."
