DO NOT EVEN THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They will take your money by means of an "E-Check" and that will probably be your last contact with them. I and several others are currently working with several agencies and law enforcement to end their game. If you also have been defrauded by Arthurs Pool or Quick Pools 4 Less or several other names that they use please contact me. Be aware that the positive reviews that you see are "Spoofed" by affiliates and friends of Arthurs Pool. Check with BBB and state agencies and you will find a huge amount of complaints about this company,

"Wonderful technical knowledge is present at Arthur's Pools. We thank them graciously. We bought our Legacy from Arthur's, but we were using chemicals we bought at a local store. I jumped in for a quick swim before a very important charity gala. When I got out my hair was green. I was in complete shock, and surely, I must have sounded slightly hysterical when I called Arthur's. My hair was green, what was I to do? Chuck was kind enough to not only listen to me vent, but he got me the right chlorine, and the right solution to fix my hair. Arthur's solved the problems, thank you Arthur's Pools! The customer service was superb!"

"I called Arthurs pools, they were so helpful and knowledgable. We purchased a pool several years ago and we're concerned about leaks. Not that our pool leaked but you never know. They told us not to be concerned as legacy pools rarely leak and in the unlikely event that it does, their special paste sealer would fit it right away, even under water. thanks "

"Just wanted to right a note saying what a good experience we had with Arthur's Pools. We had an event planed at our church and we needed a pool fast. Not only did they find a pool that was in our price range, but they got it to us on time. They are a good company and Craig and Mike were very helpful.

"AI thought I would Apologize to Arthur's Pools. They were very nice to me and when I said they did not sell me a pool but I needed help. I called them about a Cornelius Pool from Canada that I bought from a dealer in North Tonawonda New York. I didn't buy the pool from Arthur's Pools but they were the only ones who would tell me why the failed. They had so much expertise that I thought they were responsible for Cornelius Pools. It turns out my installer used sand under my pool and the rain water washed it away and the pool blew up. Marilyn at Cornelius, the owner wouldn't help and neither did any other Cornelius dealer, so I blamed the one who did answer my questions and helped me out, even though they had nothing to to do with it. Sorry"

We ordered a 21ft x 41ft dock diving pool and the delivered it with in a week and all was in good order. Their staff really seemed to know what they were talking about and they got us exactly what we wanted.

"Well with a long time of contemplation on what pool to order, we went ahead and ordered a 13x21 dog therapy pool for my business. It was received within a reasonable time (2 weeks). We weren't quite ready to set it up. Once we did about a month later, we discovered we were missing some parts. One being the scamper ramp, a very important part in order for the dogs to get out of the water. I called and was told by Craig that it would ship that day. About a month later, we still had not received it. I called again and was promised by Craig that I would receive it by Monday 10/20. In the meantime the pool had been filled and we discovered a leak, I was told it was weeping that that it would seal itself up in a few days. Now 8 days later, it is still leaking. Not to mention that the heater that came with the pool has not heated the water in 8 days. I had the pool professionally set up and the technician said that the heater was the type that is used in hot tubs. When I questioned Craig about it, he said don't worry its an electric heater and it will take time, but it will get there. I sure hope that all my troubles get resolved. Each day that passes is money out of my pocket by not being able to service my clients, not to mention the frustration and stress level."

"I ordered a Never Ending Exercise Pool on August 29, 2013. At the time of the order I was not told it was custom order and was told it would ship in 7-10 days. The following week Craig (same person who took my order) called and said they did not have the size I ordered in stock and it would be 2-3 weeks before it arrived. It didn't. Several phone calls/emails asking for delivery dates resulted in promised tracking numbers that never arrived. Almost eight weeks later, I still have no pool or delivery date and have little confidence in their ability/intent to provide me with one.

Craig now refuses to return my payment (made by electronic check) since they have a "no cancellation" policy on Custom Orders. I quote:

"Please be aware as of our posted policy
There are no cancellations on Custom Orders.
Your pool has been made and shipped across the ocean at substantial cost and effort. and is on the way.

This order cannot be canceled. " ****@**** , 10/10/2013

Ignoring the fact that I was never told (nor is it on the invoice) that it was a custom order my position is that I am not cancelling the order - I am just asking for my money back on an order that was never filled. This seems reasonable to me. Of course this is all very disappointing (my wife doesn't have her pool) and unsettling (I don't have my money).

To date this has not been settled and I have no idea when/if it will be. At last report it was being held by Homeland Security! Just use caution and better judgement than I did if you decide to order a pool from ArthursPools.com.

"I recently purchased A Pool from them, Me and my Family are VERY HAPPY!!! they said it could take up to 15 days to receive it.Surprised I got it in 9 days.. "I Ordered a pool and other equipment from Craig at Arthurs Pools here are the problems..

1 we received the Ocean Blue Jet light. We ordered the AQL 500 Pool Light
2 we received 2 boxes of EcoSaver Solar Panels, we ordered FAFCO 30"X 20' solar panels
3 we received 1 box of Smartpool SunHeater roof mounting kit they should be FAFCO kits and there should have been 2 kits.
4 We Ordered a Paris 18X33x48 Pool with Steel top rails, and received Cartons listed as for Yorkshire, or Concord II or Tango Pools With Resin top rails

they promised the pool in 7-10 working days, it took 22 working days to get the pool, and now I am told that they needed to change the pool name from Paris, Which is still listed on your web site to Yorkshire, or a Concord II or a Tango Which is not listed on there web site, but is Listed as the true name on the shipping carton. I want what I ordered and was sold, and paid for.

I have asked them to fix this problem, but they are not fixing the order, I am stuck with a cheap pool that I did not order, and all they do is lie about taking care of the problem. I had my attorney send them a letter, to the address listed on there web site 1335 N La Brea Blvd Los Angles California 90028. but the letter was sent back as undeliverable I also contacted the California Attorney Generals office, and they also sent a letter that was returned back to them. I have contacted the BBB of California which has had no luck dealing with this company

"After doing my DD on various types of semi in ground pools I decided on a Bermuda semi in ground pool. I found a website for Arthurspools AGPE and saw a price I could live with of $4,799.99 for a 15x30 pool with liner, filter, ladder etc. I called to verify the ladder and filter I wanted and jenny confirmed no problem that when I’m ready to order to just note it and she also confirmed shipping was included. I called back a couple days later ready to order by phone instead of online to make sure there was no confusion as to what I wanted along with any options. I spoke to mike who after basically discussing everything with him I decided then to put my order in where mike gave me the price of the pool was $9,600..I almost fell on the floor..Twice the price listed. he went on to tell me that I must have found some obscure pricing website and that if I tried to order online I would not be able to finalize it....well after I hung up the phone later that evening I put the order in online and not wanting to lose my money (mike already sounding like a used car salesmen) I opted for sending them a money order/check payment... well the secure cart they have finalized my order with no problems.. I received an email dated 6-10-11 at 4:17pm with my order confirmation # 95 from AGPE. It even mentioned the same exact web address as I found while doing my research. ..I spoke to Craig two days ago who said he could not sell the pool for that price and said I needed to speak to mike who would call me the next day...well two days go by and no return call so I call and speak to mike again who again who states my order didn’t go thru even though I’m starring at a receipt with all pertinent info including where to send the check..What a rip off artist for sure..I can see why others have had issues....I even tried to give him a chance for his best $$$ and he wouldn’t budget...you can by this pools for thousand less in most places such as I found at family pool fun or usa pool pros as long as you read everything because some offer what appears to be a real low price that u must add in the liner, filter etc but never the less still thousand less than AGPE..I can't even image how they are even in business......
I’m not one to waste my time ranting about a company I usually juts move on cause I know somehow karma intervenes but I am so aggravated with the bs from mike and AGPE I had tell others to be ware...
