"My bf and I decided to replace our tiny patio furniture this summer and Article was always at the top of my mind. We went with the Ora sectional in slate and we honestly couldn’t be happier. Since there’s a pandemic we couldn’t have them do the assembling, but the worst part about putting the sofa together ourselves was removing the boxes afterward. We did have to wait a while for it to arrive, and we had to request Customer Service split our delivery in two as we also ordered the covers and they’re on backorder until the end of August/early September. The CSR was very helpful and pleasant. The only real hiccup we’ve had is we’re having a hard time putting the clamps on the underside of the two sections of the sofa to keep it together - and unfortunately one of our cushion covers has a tear at the seam - we’re waiting to hear back on a replacement cushion cover.
All that said - so far it’s comfortable and sturdy and the absolutely perfect size to stretch out on or have guests over comfortably. Love it! "

Love that the cushions are washable and fully unzip. The sede chairs are beautiful looking and so functional. The chair leg did end up breaking after my 10 year old was leaning in it. But this is his fault and not the design of the chair. Very happy with my purchases. "
