"The delivery was promptly scheduled and efficient. We had arranged for in-room delivery but not assembly, because the sideboard came fully assembled. However, when we opened the box, we discovered that the sideboard had been packaged upside down. The delivery team returned to put it right-side up for us (something we weren't strong enough to do on our own). We really appreciated the extra effort! Also, the Bios Sideboard is perfection!! "

"I initially posted my review here with some issues I had with an Article chair, and that I had some problems getting support due to being out of warranty. Within three hours of my review being published, Michelle contacted me and and made things right. I really appreciate them following up and helping me out, and will definitely consider Article again now that I know their support is on point as their designs.

We bought the Charme Tan Nina leather chair in November 2017, so a little over two years ago. It looks great, is comfortable, and *appears* to be well-built.
A few months after purchase, I adjusted my weight from one side to the other, and I heard a cracking sound in the right arm of the chair. I dismissed it as an anomaly, but it’s happened a few more times since and I started getting worried about the long term durability of the piece. (I’m not overweight, around 175 pounds.)
I contacted their support, and while friendly, they weren’t too helpful. They requested I send a video of me reproducing the issue, which I did (probably causing additional damage). They assured me that nothing structurally is wrong with the chair, and that nothing can be done from a support standpoint since I’m outside of the 12 month warranty.
I’m a little disheartened about this, since two years doesn’t seem like too long to expect a $1,000 chair to last without sounding like it’s breaking down. Even if they offered some sort of out of warranty replacement or service, I would be willing to pay, but as-is I’m just sort of SOL."
