A second phone number proved successful, but then I stayed on hold for 40 minutes before I just dropped the call. Also, I had to leave a zip code that was no longer accurate for my address because the AscendTech system had not been updated to accept the correct zip code (the US Post Office changed the zip code about 2 years earlier).
